What does the central Focus Readiness sphere represent?

The central sphere gives you a quick visual overview of your current Focus Readiness — how well your current state appears to support continued focused work.

Its color and state change as your Focus Readiness changes, so you can see your overall readiness at a glance without checking each individual metric.

Focus Readiness has five levels:

High — your current patterns strongly support continued focused work.

Good — your current state appears well suited for focused work.

Moderate — your readiness is more balanced, with some signs that sustained demanding work may require more effort.

Reduced — one or more factors may be starting to limit your readiness for continued focused work.

Limited — your current patterns suggest that sustained demanding work may be significantly harder to maintain.

The sphere reflects the broader picture created by your personalized indicators, including factors such as Mental Energy, Visual Comfort and Cognitive Reserve. If Focus Readiness moves toward Reduced or Limited, the individual metrics can help you understand what may be contributing to the change.

Focus Readiness is a personalized productivity indicator, not a medical, neurological or psychological measurement.
