Version 2.07 · Effective 16 September 2026
This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies we use on http://advancify.co . It does not cover the Advancify desktop application, which is addressed in our Privacy Policy at http://advancify.co/privacy . Sign-in with Google or Apple is also described in the Privacy Policy; only cookies and similar technologies necessary to complete and secure sign-in are used on authentication pages, and analytics and advertising technologies are not loaded there.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies — pixels, tags, local storage and software development kits — work in comparable ways. We use the word "cookies" in this policy to cover all of them.
Only strictly necessary cookies are set automatically. Everything else — analytics and advertising technologies — is loaded only after you have given consent through our cookie banner.
The banner presents "Accept" and "Reject" with equal prominence. Rejecting is a single click and does not limit your use of the site. Nothing is pre-selected. Closing the banner without making a choice is treated as a rejection of non-essential cookies.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent stops further collection; it does not undo collection that already took place.
Global Privacy Control (GPC). Where required by applicable law, we recognize valid browser-based GPC signals as requests to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. When a valid GPC signal is detected, advertising technologies subject to that opt-out are disabled for that browser. This does not disable strictly necessary technologies.
These are required for the site to function and are set without consent. They cannot be switched off.
| Technology | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Cookie consent record | Remembers your cookie choices so you are not asked on every page | 12 months |
| Session and security cookies | Maintain your session, balance load and protect against fraudulent requests | Session to 24 hours |
| Sign-in session cookie | Secures Google or Apple sign-in | Session |
| Technology | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
|
Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) | Measures how many people visit the site, which pages they view and how they arrived, so we can improve the site. IP addresses are truncated before storage. | Up to 24 months |
| Technology | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
|
Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) | Measures the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram and helps us build audiences for advertising. Information about your visit is shared with Meta, which also uses it for its own purposes. | Typically up to 90 days |
Website-only scope. Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel operate on permitted http://advancify.co routes only. They are not loaded on sign-in or authentication pages. Where the optional website camera demo is offered, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and other advertising analytics are not loaded on the demo route. These technologies have no access to camera input, heart-rate or HRV data, visual interaction signals, derived indicators or other data processed locally by the Advancify Application.
This Cookie Policy applies to cookies and similar technologies used on http://advancify.co . Analytics and measurement within the Advancify Application are separate and are described in our Privacy Policy.
Optional camera-demo operational events. Where the optional website camera demo is offered, the demo route may send limited first-party operational events directly to Advancify’s backend, such as whether the notice was shown, consent was accepted, camera permission was granted or denied, the demo was started or stopped, and session duration. These events use an ephemeral random session identifier and do not contain camera-derived data. The ephemeral demo session identifier is not written to cookies, localStorage, IndexedDB or any other persistent store in your browser. It is transmitted to Advancify only as part of the demo’s operational events and consent record, and is not linked to an account, an email address or an advertising identifier.
When Meta Pixel is enabled after your consent, Advancify Limited and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited act as joint controllers for the collection and transmission of website-event data through the Meta business tools to the extent described in the Meta Controller Addendum. The essence of that arrangement is available at http://facebook.com/legal/controller_addendum . Meta is responsible for its subsequent independent processing of the data it receives under its own terms and privacy policy.
We configure Meta Pixel to minimize the information sent from http://advancify.co . Automatic Advanced Matching is disabled. Automatic event detection and automatic collection of additional page metadata are disabled. We do not upload customer lists to Meta and do not build advertising audiences from Advancify customer or account lists. We review these settings when our website tracking configuration changes.
A subscription purchase is completed on Stripe and may return you to a page on http://advancify.co . Before Google Analytics or Meta Pixel loads on that return page, checkout, account and other identifying parameters are removed from the page address. Where conversion measurement is enabled after cookie consent, the event is limited to the fact that a purchase occurred, the amount, the currency and a random event identifier. We do not send the product or plan purchased, your email address, sign-in identifier, payment identifier, account identifier or any Application data in that event.
Advancify does not sell personal information. Website advertising technologies may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising under some U.S. state privacy laws. They are therefore loaded only after the required consent and remain subject to applicable opt-out rights. Where required by law, a valid Global Privacy Control signal disables advertising technologies for that browser. The Advancify Application does not share data for advertising.
Google and Meta process data in the United States. Google Analytics transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework; Meta transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses. You can request a copy of the safeguards we rely on by writing to privacy@advancify.co.
In addition to our cookie banner, you can control cookies in your browser settings — usually under Privacy or Security. You can block all cookies, block third-party cookies only, or delete cookies already stored. Blocking all cookies may prevent parts of the site from working.
You can also opt out of Google Analytics across all websites using the browser add-on at http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout , and manage advertising preferences with Meta in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
We update this policy when we add, remove or change the technologies we use. The current version is always published at advancify.co/cookies with its version number and effective date.
