What data does Advancify collect, and how is it used?

Advancify processes two main types of data: information that stays on your device and limited information that is sent to Advancify to operate the service.

Data processed only on your device

Advancify analyzes camera input and visual interaction signals to generate your personalized indicators, trends and recommendations. This may include eye-movement and gaze signals, blink activity, facial landmarks, head orientation and, if you enable rPPG, heart-rate and heart-rate-variability estimates.

Your camera-derived data, physiological data, personalized indicators and local history are not transmitted to Advancify.

Data Advancify receives

Advancify receives limited information needed to provide and operate the service, including:

  • account and authentication information;
  • subscription status and payment identifiers;
  • your confirmed country, state or province;
  • limited operational information such as your time zone, whether you used the app that day and cumulative camera-feature usage time;
  • technical logs, crash diagnostics and device or operating-system information;
  • limited service-use data and aggregate service statistics;
  • Product analytics, where enabled; and
  • information you choose to provide when contacting support.

This information is used to manage your account and subscription, provide support, maintain security and reliability, operate the service, understand aggregate product usage, apply the correct eligibility and privacy settings, and improve the usability and functionality of Advancify.

Advancify does not sell or rent personal data, and camera-derived data, physiological data and your personalized indicators are not used for advertising or shared with third parties.
