How can I update or reinstall the Advancify app if something isn’t working?

If a new version of Advancify is available, you’ll receive a notification inside the app.

There are two types of updates:

• Optional updates — you can install them at your convenience.
• Mandatory updates — these must be installed to continue using Advancify.

Follow the instructions in the update notification to install the latest version. Some updates may be required when an older version is no longer secure or compatible.

If updating does not resolve the issue, you can reinstall Advancify:

1. Uninstall the application using the standard macOS removal process.
2. Download the latest version from the official Advancify website.
3. Install the application and sign in again using the same account.

Reinstalling Advancify does not cancel your subscription. Uninstalling the app also does not by itself delete the history and personalisation data stored locally on your Mac.

Your locally stored data is removed only if you use Delete all local data in Settings or delete your Advancify account.
