Why can Cognitive Load be available while other metrics are still calibrating?

Different metrics use different inputs and require different amounts of personal data. Cognitive Load may become available earlier because it can be estimated from shorter periods of current interaction, while Mental Energy, Visual Comfort and Cognitive Reserve require a longer personal baseline.
