Why do some metrics say ‘1 day to unlock’ or ‘2 days to unlock’?

Some metrics require a personalised baseline before they can be shown. The time displayed is an estimate based on your current calibration progress and expected active use. It may change if monitoring is paused or if signal quality is insufficient.
