Does Advancify measure or display my heart rate?

Advancify can estimate your heart rate and heart-rate variability using remote photoplethysmography (rPPG) when this optional feature is enabled.

rPPG is turned off by default and starts only after you choose to enable it. Any heart-rate and HRV values are processed and stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to Advancify.

These values are estimates for general awareness and productivity purposes only. They are not clinical measurements and should not be used for medical decisions.
